Delivery
All orders include delivery costs and all banners will be despatched within four working days of you placing your order
All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within four working days.
Please note orders placed on a Friday after 5pm will be processed promptly on Monday at 9am and despatched within 4 working days*. Please order your stock items in advance so that this does not cause disruption to your business.
Banner hub office will be closed for all public holidays affecting England.
If you are unable to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave a card issuing you with further instructions.
*Excluding orders of 5 banners or more and multiple banner orders over 10ft x 3ft. Contact us to discuss multiple orders.
Roll up banner stands will be delivered within 5 working days.
Printing & Finishing
Your banner will be printed using our state of the art digital printing machines giving you outstanding and vibrant printing results. This material is 440 g/sqm, is weather resistant so your banner is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
All banners are supplied to you ready eyeleted.
Eyelets are inserted in each corner and at 1 meter intervals. You can either use rope or bungee ties when putting your banner in place.
Returns
If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged, you should contact us within 7 days.
